If you’re an International customer and no one is home during delivery then your parcel may also be left with a neighbour, in a safe place or alternatively, with your local post office.

Custom and Import charges are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Custom or Import Charges are not applicable for orders within the UK. 

ORDERS

Once you have placed an order with us our team work hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order, therefore once you are charged we are unable to interfere with this process.

To return your product you must first email shop@nip.gl stating your order number and the reason for the return. Our Returns department will write back to you within three (3) working days with instructions on how to correctly identify your parcel and where to return it to. We receive several parcels back each week and if you don’t clearly identify your return then we won’t know who sent it and we won’t be able to process it for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, please see our shipping information page for more details.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Returns are in the hands of your postal service and we have no way of guaranteeing that we will receive your returned item. If we don’t receive your item back we can’t arrange an exchange or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

If you’ve received the wrong item in your order. If you want to replace the item, please contact us at shop@nip.gl where a member of our customer service team will help you further.

If an order is placed and the item is on pre order please be advised that your whole order won’t be shipped until the pre ordered item comes into stock.

Due to high demand, some of the items on our website do sell out very quickly! However, it’s worth checking back as the site is regularly updated.

You can also sign up to receive a product notification when your fave items are available again! We include the option to sign up for back in stock email notifications on all of our sold out products.
